[javasim-general] Simulation names do not change when trying to change it from the GUI

Joseph,

There are a couple of things to do except for putting and connecting
components in the component view panel. These things include "Setup
Routes", "Setup Timing" and "Extra TCL" and you can find them under the
"Simulation" menu. The current GUI implementation does not check if
these configurations are consistent. So for example, if you rename 'h0'
to something else but the "Setup Routes" may still show that you want to
connect /ex2/h0 to /ex2/h2. As a result of this case, the simulation
won't run as expected because the route is not correctly set up.

My suggestion is that whenever you change something in the component
view panel, go through those settings to make sure all the
configurations are consistent before you restart the simulation.
