Good question. As you may have noticed, the plotter component is CPU
hog, especially when you display the result online. To make it less CPU
intensive, the implementation does not redraw the plot every time it
receives data. Instead, it redraws the plot randomly. If you find the
plot does not draw something it is supposed to draw, you can click on
the plot to trigger an immediate redraw.
Let me know if this is not the cause of your problem.

Subject: [javasim-general] Strange srtt problem
Hi,
I have noticed that the plotter sometimes does not display the srtt.
Sometimes when I run a simulation with only one TCP source nothing is
displayed in the srtt graph. The srtt graph window pops up though and
displays the path to the TCP component. The throughput also shows that
the ACK packets are arriving at the source. If I then add one more TCP
source and lets it's srtt be displayed in the same plotter window, both
srtt graphs are displayed.
Got any idea why this happens? Is there maybe an update interval for the
srtt that I could change?
