[j-sim-users] Can component send message when the simulation is stopped?

Hi,
 
We are faced with a problem we can't resolve.
 
We have, for example, 3 components : one Parent and 2 Childs.
 
We want stop simulation and add another component (a child).
The parent must send a message to the child added,  and must receive a response from it. 
 
But the problem is that, when the simulation is stopped the parent can send a message but the child not.
 
We want the parent component receives the response from the child added when the simulation is stopped. How can we do?
