[j-sim-users] It is my first join

Hi for all;
    really i am happy because i joined to j-sim-users,
  I am  very new in jsim field so I need ur help, my problem is that I want to download the jsim-geditor-0.6 and i cant run it, i use winXP and os tell me that jsim-geditor-0.6 is unknown file, so how can i open it?
