[TSG-Announce] Elock outage October 9th and 10th

On October 9th and 10th, all of the building automation system
controller's firmware will be upgraded. The entire upgrade will take 2
days to complete and will require each controller, including those that
control elock access, to be offline one at a time during the firmware
update.

*** You will not be able to swipe into any rooms while its controller is
offline for its upgrade. ***
