[TSG-Announce] CSIL labs downtime, March 16-18, 2008

CSIL labs 0216 and 0220 will be closed from 5pm on Sunday March 16 to 9am on Tuesday March 18.
The closure is due to system maintenance and a change to the building's cooling system.
CSIL systems will be shut down during this time as well, with the exception of csil-core1, csil-core2, and csil-core3. These 3 systems will be available for remote access.
